Shampoo'd the inside of the car for the first time

Today it was hot as balls outside and I was bored so I went outside and shampoo'd the car with my parent's carpet/upholstry cleaner. Even though my tan interior did not look too bad the clean up was definately noticeable. I first shop-vac'd the loose crap out first and then hit the big spots with Shout laundry prewash treatment. Places of particular concern was the driver mat under the pedals, especailly the gas and clutch, and on the rear "hump" thats in the middle. Alot of ground in dirt from my rear seat passengers. Then I used the cleaner and now its drying still. The car smells much fresher then before. I suppose I could have done a more thourough job by loosing all the seats, but I'm lazy. To my amazement the spots that were there were gone. The wear spot on the driver carpet is still there though, not much can be done there short of buying new mats. Also when I went to dump the water it was absolutely disguisting. I could not even see through 1/4" of water it was that saturated with dirt and mud and who knows what else. This also makes me wonder how to better protect that rear hump in the rear. If I'm not mistaken, do the Infiniti I30 rear mat go all the way across in 1 piece rather then the 2 pieced set?

ive been planning on buying one.

the question is whether it fits or not. if its a little smaller shouldnt be a big deal but if the mats a little bigger... it'll look way ****ty.

keep the stock floormats in the car and just buy cheap plastic floormats at say pep boys, it works, my driver plastic mat is all stained and yellow and the carpet mat is fine
