Italian leather shift boot and ebrake boot
This GD is for 4th gen Shifter boot and Ebrake boot only.
Do not ask to buy them separate because the shifter boot won't match the ebrake and you'll have a mismatch interior.
**3rd gen and 5th gen GD will be coming soon and in a separate GD**

These products retail at $60 shipped for a set of boots (shifter and ebrake)

-Group deal will start at $55 shipped for the set.

-Price will drop down to $50 once we have 20 confirmed people.

-Price will drop down to $45 if we have 40 or more confirmed people.

The choice of color leather will be black, burgundy, tan..and for you pimps out there, there's white. i believe there's a slight delay with colors other than black and white...but i'll double check.

I need people who are "IN" on this. I can't have 30 "interested" or "maybe" people and all of them drop out at the end. That's not fair to the people who are in this deal for real.

Delivery:
If we reach 40 people prior to the 2 weeks then the price will be set at $45 and orders will be going in and payment will be due.
Emails will be sent out at the close of the 2 weeks to all interested parties on final price. At that point payment will be due and orders will be put in. Delivery will be on a first come first ship basis.

Payment method:
Paypal is the preferred method of payment. paypal address will be given once the final price has been set on the GD.

I will update this thread/post often with new info so keep looking here for updates on GD pricing.

I'm also aware of the server cut over..so if we do cut over and lose this post i'll repost the info again.

My Max has a Black shift boot and Tan ebrake boot stock :gotme: so I wouldn't have to worry about the colors not matching. Can I get the same combo through this group deal (black shift boot/tan ebrake boot)? Will the tan match my interior like the stock boot?

Will this boot sit in a little pile of leather instead of going straight down then curving straight up to meet the trim like my stock boot?

that's how the boot is going to sit. i'm not sure with color matching since leather is a natural product and some variation in color will occur due to sun exposure and weathering (if your ebrake boot is leather).

Is there any difference between what fits the auto as opposed to the 5 spped shifter?

you'll probably lose the gear indicator and you'll need to get a 5spd boot trim. then it should be the same. the top can be zip tied to the shifter.

SupaMaxima and matty - this is for shifter "AND" ebrake. the separate purchase will come later. did u guys miss the "read carefully" part? :D

meccanoble - dig deep..like how it folds in? that's not a problem just let me know and we'll have yours cut a little bit longer and it should dig in. some don't like that..that's if YOU want it..let me know.

Requin6 - there is tan and beige leather (stated in previous posts)..but i have to check on that chocolate/brown color. :)

OK, it was my understanding that quadruple was something different from the usual thing you do. I am just confused between the normal stitching and the quadruple I guess............ :o

hmmm i "believe" the quad it's just going over the single pair of stitching. on the JDM look it looks like quad. i'll check to make sure.

i'm in on this deal... they look great and i need a new ebrake boot anyway.

you mentioned you could cut the boot a little longer for mecca but what about shorter? i have a short throw on there set to the shortest setting and i personally don't want all that extra garbage leather lying around.

as long as you haven't cut the rod.. don't go shorter..

as you know .. we have the same short throw shifter :slap:

the install pics on my site is on a regular shift rod.. the after pics are on a short throw rod.. and its basically no difference..

and if you have too much.. fold it down from the top and reverse it.. don't get it shorter..

Guys, just to clear this up:

quadruple stitching is two rows of stitching together, one inside the other.

4-way stitching is 4 lines of stitching, one per each wall of the boot.

The pictures DanNY posted links to above show the combination of these two: 4-way quadruple stitching with silver inside and red outside.

since people have been asking for just ebrake boots (auto owners) i'm going to include them into this GD.

each ebrake boot counts towards 1/2 the GD price.
IE if two people buys ebrake boots that's one person in the GD and count towards the 20/40 GD price.

Retail is $35
ground deal price starts at $33
20 people will bring it down to $31
40 people will bring it down to $29

ahhhh ok..it's you. :D

I am interested in getting matching stitching to my MOMO Anatomico shift knob in black stitched leather. I am curious if I can get this kind of stitching as on the knob. I would almost call it cross-stitching as it looks like little Xs. I will attempt to post a pic, if it does not work, follow the link after it. I do not think the quadruple or 4 way stitching is the same as this. Let me know if we cna do this. Also in a previous post he said he would include the "special" stitching for free. I realize the nominal fee is not bad, just thought I would mention it though.

It is definatly NOT leather. There's got to be somebody out there who has a spare one they can send in to make matching easier (there's plenty of guys who swapped out beige interiors). How long would I have to be without it if I sent him mine?

I'm another poor tan-interiored sucker who is interested (but NOT in yet). My boots are getting ghettoed and I'd like to replace them but the color of the brown is important....keep us updated on the tan color thing...
