I am attempting the back up again. The other back up went through properly however; it did not back up the correct format of text files so this time it is backing up every extension / program possible. I figure this way is still a lot easier than the hard way since some people who paid by credit card were not yet charged the full amount and there may have been 1 or 2 orders not charged at all. Unless everyone who has noticed they have not been charged in full or at all emails me at sales@advtekk.com with their information, I am going to attempt to pursue the easy way once more. This list will not delay the order in any way, shape, or form.

Sorry. I haven't had a chance to read the whole tread. I just pop in once and a while to check the status of our orders. I wasn't trying to postwhore or anything.

I dont understand the computer failures either. Im not saying this is a hoax at all. I send money via paypal a hell of a lot and i know i can find my payments for the D2 in 10 min. Now for a company with many customers paying with paypal, 40 min tops. Granted its a lot of work and it sucks that Mark is dealing with this but what can happen is that everyone that paid can complain to paypal leading into them freezing the account so no funds can be extracted. We would get most or all of our money back and Marks name would be blackened. This wouldnt be cool to happen to this guy cause it seems that he is a nice person. Just my 02.
Any update would be really helpful seeing as we all paid $700 and im sure some are thinking twice.

Any comments, Mark?

Mark, Can you comment on the 2 posts above, please. From what these guys are saying (and some of the posts at 240sx) you are trying to scam us.

I'm concerned, because you have $700 of my money and according to a post at 240sx, you did not refund money when a guy there asked you to. If I cannot feel comfortable about this deal, I will - 1) request a refund from you or 2) Get my credit card company involved.

I am not intending to be an a$$hole here, but as your customers, we need some solid answers and reassurance that you are not stealing our money.

Can you let us know what your refund policy is? If I were to ask you for an immediate refund of my $700, what would your response be? Also, what is your back order policy if we don't receive our coilovers by the promised date of January 31st?

I will reply within about an hour. I feel that I already went over the issue with the 240sx.us guys in previous posts in this thread but will go over everything again in about an hour. Thank you

If I was trying to scam people I wouldn't be:
1) Posting this reply
2) Managing a forum (240sx.us) to update a few customers on their order
3) Answering phone calls
4) Posting screenshots of my email correspondences with D2 on 240sx.us
5) Posting screenshots here showing me backing up the hard drive as I said I was doing, also showing the time it takes to back it up (as you can see in the one posted in this page it took 12 hours to back up 10% of the drive)
6) Having over 100+ satisfied customers from a total of 3 group buys for these.

It would be nice if the 3rd group buy went perfect, but unfortunately things came up which kept on delaying a few people from receiving their coilovers. They are very close to receiving there coilovers as there are no more obstacles involved in getting them what they ordered in the summer. I am trying not to make anymore promises but hopefully they will have tracking numbers by the end of the week.

To be honest, I don't think there is anything really to be overly concerned about. If for any reason you do not receive your coilovers, you have between 6 months to a year to simply call your credit card company to dispute the charge.

---Can you let us know what your refund policy is? If I were to ask you for an immediate refund of my $700, what would your response be? Also, what is your back order policy if we don't receive our coilovers by the promised date of January 31st?---
I am willing to refund anyone in this group buy minus the $100 deposit. If January 31st comes along and anyone doesn't have their coilovers, I am willing to give a full refund.

Everyone's money is safe, either in my hands or the credit card companies hands. Not a single customer from this group buy paid by Money order.

I hope this sums everything up.

Mark,

Check out this thread.

http://doug.maxima.org/showthread.php?t=363459

Some guys are having problems withtheir D2's. Do you have any input on this? Have other applications had problems? Is the manufacturer aware of this? If not could make them aware?

All d2's come with a 1 year warranty. For the easiest resolution of warranty issues for any of our customers as of last week we need a detailed email sent to us with the problem, any pictures or media, and the shipping address to send the replacements to if necessary. This information is then forwarded to D2 immediately and they will ship the replacements and/or solve the problem. We have only had to do this a couple times for the 100+ sets we have sold. There may be 1 or 2 warranty issues pending including a possible maxima one that I might have lost track of so if there is anyone out there who has a problem with their d2 coilovers please send the above email to sales@advtekk.com and it will be resolved immediately

So far I have gone over most of the credit card orders and want to verify the following:

Zip codes =

07857 owes $700
11223 owes $700
78582 owes $600
60559 owes $500
92618 owes $400
t3m1a2 owes $400
54901 owes $600

I have no yet checked all the PayPal payments yet but if you did a mixture of PayPal and Credit Card to pay for the coilovers or coilover deposit, please let me know to avoid confusion.

Paid in full by credit card:
90808
91316
98122
91731 shipping = ?9268?
92688
54911
95360
91792
32114
07748

As mentioned, I have not yet gone over the PayPal payments. I will do that today or tomorrow. Please let me know ASAP if:

1) You paid by credit card and do not see your name on the list
2) You placed an order by credit card but was not charged or on the list
3) Any of the credit card payment details are incorrect.

I will be charging the cards the remaining balance later today.

mark is it safe to say that those who live in california would receive theirs sooner than "the end of january", perhaps by mid january ? if so then this can be a relief for people in other states !

Niss, you may go to the 240sx forum to see my most recent update. What is your user name there so I can better understand the situation? How did you pay for these coilovers? I mentioned there that they will be shipping this week and there are no more obstacles to prevent it from happening. The Maxima guys really have nothing to worry about. They are getting a great product and an extremely amazing price that will not be offered again for the D2 product line. The purchase is also risk free as all of them paid by Credit Card or by PayPal via Credit Card. If you have been waiting 8 months then I think you should be calling me instead of boycotting my company on a forum in bad faith. My phone is on throughout the day.

Thank you stillen and Mke for backing me up.

Mike, to answer your question the coilovers will be shipping now from North Carolina. Should only make a 1-3 day difference in delivery

Woah...My post wasnt saying that it was a scam. It was saying that if people are saying it is when its not it will blacken his name and that it wasnt cool cause he seems to be a honest guy. $hit goes wrong all the time but he has been here answering posts so scam never entered my mind. Just clearing things up is all.
I paid with paypal but dont know what those numbers are above. Can someone clear it up for me? Thanks
