I wonder how the bi-xenon works ? does the solenoid move to provide high-beam ? does the kit comes with shields at the bottom to lessen glares ?

Can you explain what these kits actually do? Is this real HID and if not is it just for the look? Sorry I know these are dumb questions considering the posts so far, but I'm interested in this for my G35, but have no idea what to get and if this would actually improve night visibility.
Thanks,

Thanks,

These are true HID kits jsut liek the factory ones....these are all plug in play and I have kits for your G35 in stock! -Tommy

cobalt416 Aug 17, 2006 08:57 PM

do they work with Day Time Running light ? Not sure how the low output will work with the controller/computer.

not to my knowledge!

ShIft_uR FacE Aug 18, 2006 08:00 AM

Should work whether ur lights are just turned on at night or all the time.

Cobalt...have you checked to see if the daytime running lights have their own halogen!?

Co-Way HID Aug 18, 2006 05:09 PM

coway, no, the drl use the same H4, just half power for DRL, i believe. DRL is a requirement here in toronto, canada

then the HIDs would have to always be on!

Thanks Roger. I'm very interested in this. How do I go about choosing the 000k? Is it more a preference thing or does it have an effect on visibility? Also what is the price of your g35 kit?

Co-Way HID Aug 21, 2006 09:09 AM

the xxxxk depends on mainly of your preference...but 4300 has the most light output and then it decreases fom there so liek 12000k has the leaset output! and your price is just like the others....it just depends on what warranty you would like!

cobalt416 Aug 21, 2006 09:13 AM

always on is fine with me... i have no problem with that.

question:

1. how much is the input voltage required ? i was thinking maybe the DRL voltage will have enough power to power it up.

2. does the kit comes with light shield ? i don't want to blind traffic on the othe r side of the road.

thx

Co-Way HID Aug 21, 2006 09:32 AM

these kits only draw 35 watts....as for the sheild no it doesnt...you also know that your bulb is is the high and low....so by getting a single beam kit.....you will loose your high beam!
