Cross Drilled/Slotted Rotors front and rear for $200
You heard right. For $200 you can get a set of front and rear cross drilled/slotted rotors. No one can offer you this deal. I got this guy to give me this deal as long as I can put together TEN people who committ to this and buy them.
http://ebay0.ipixmedia.com/abc/M28/_...e08529/i-1.JPG This is what they look like. As you can see the cross drills are much better than normal since they are dimpled to avoid cracking. And his rotors are silver zinc plated to avoid rust. The company is called www.raceconcepts.com. He is currently selling them for $65 for each rotor. That comes out to over $260 a set. We are saving $60 per set. Now the faster we get people to committ, the faster we can order these puppies. This will apply to people who want Rotors for their 95-99 Maxima. And 2000-2001 ONLY. Sorry 2002 wont get none cause they wont fit and dont make them yet. Dixit |

Dixit I want Xdrilled & slotted just like the pic :) Also these are not OEM blanks right, I read he uses diff types such as Brembo and others, can we get a definite answer on which ones exactly he will use for our cars? Also lets make sure we don't get reamed on the shipping, I understand that these suckers are heavy, but lets get shipping by area and weight, not a FLAT FEE. Thanks |
I have asked the question on what specific blank he will be using. I know he will NOT be using an OEM blank. Reason being it would not be cost effective and just cant make money since the OEMs would cost more just to buy.
I will post the answer as soon as I get it. Dixit |
Nice work Dixit. I am definately in!
What kind of pads will you guys use with this? I can also get SS line to work with these right? Sorry for the questions, I don't know much about brakes. |

These are standard size Aftermarket replacements. Everything else will work with these. Ive heard that Axxis Metal pads are the best.

Dimpled to avoid cracking?
You mean to say he doesn't drill them all the way through? Doesn't that greatly reduce the effectiveness of the cross-drilling when it comes to heat dissipation?
|
I am definitely in!!
where do I send payment?? thanks!! |
BigDogJonx, u mean these are direct stock replacement of the stock rotors just like the ones they sell at eatricezone.com? If so, please put me on this list. Thanks

If we combine this thread with Mike's GD, we would have up to 20 people.

I'll go edit the other post to point back here. :)

FYI...
Plugging Dixit's How-To...this would be an ideal time to paint your brake calipers. :D I know I intend to along with stainless steel lines and new pads.
Speaking of which, BigDog, how's that paint holding up? |

Great idea...
I've been holding out on painting mine. Bought the Folica Tec silver paint from Nathan in 2000. MichaelAE, if you run into any good deals for the pads and brake lines, can you post? :D |
This is what i've seen so far for the list:
1. TheNewClimax 2. BigDogJonx 3. NuJerseyDrive 4. acMax 5. Larrio 6. Itsgt 7. svttodamax 8. 9. 10. come on ppl, only 3 more!!! |
Originally posted by SVTTODAMAX Yeah that would be awesome make it so. Haha it gives us more leverage if we have to deal with the significant other. LMAO She knows how warped my brakes are so it should be all good. |
Okay Larrio...if you're going to add your name, make sure you use the latest list! I corrected it, since you removed me???? What's up with that? I see where I stand.

MichaelAE, if you run into any good deals for the pads and brake lines, can you post? :D Metal Master Fronts: $47 Metal Master Rears: $38 Stainless-Steel Lines: $119 Motul Brake Fluid: $12/bottle That's $228 if you include two bottles of fluid. Add $200 that's $428 + shipping on both shipments, at least $468 total. Now, Phuong is selling the the entire kit with all the above plus the Stillen cross-drilled or slotted rotors for $575 + shipping makes for approximately $595 total. So for $127 more you get the Stillen product, which has proven itself. I'd really like to know more about Race Concepts and their research/design methods on this, now that I think about it. $127 is worth it for a proven product when it comes to my brakes! |
