Installed intake, have a dangling hose...
Is this supposed to be left unattached? I'm pretty sure it doesn't go into the extra opening you see in the intake, which i already covered with electrical tape on the inside.

tape on inside...? whats ....goging tru ur mind,, with the air contantly applying fricition to the tape an dthe warm engine temp loosening it.. it will get sucked straight in... take it out man. ur crazy..

No, it is not the PCV valve
But yhea, tape on the inside of the mid-pipe will just come off and get sucked into the motor. I don't think it would do any harm though. It would just get melted in the combustion.
Go to Home Depot or a place like that and get a little rubber cap to put over the nipple. I have a bunch of them

umm, no, it didn't yet since i haven't taken the car out yet, which is a good thing... i temporarily "fixed" it by applying tape on the outside instead =\. this is the first thing i've done to my car myself other than fogs, guess it didn't go too well...
