Sorry to hear about your car. Hope you get better soon.

BTW, my car looks exactly like yours minus the rims and some of the mods you have.

Time to go in bro... I'd have it looked at. To bad about the car too... Sucks to see such beauty scarred, even if only for a short time.

sorry about your car. you should get an attorney and sue the mall. you said it was the security car that swiped your car, right? there's a case right there. you should talk to an attorney and he/she will guide you to a right way. my 2 cents

i don't think it's the mall that he's going to sue. I'm pretty sure the Security Guards are contracted so you sue their company.

Man, you better go to a doctor right away so you have documentation of your injuries. If things don't get better than you'll want some proof that the injuries were caused by the accident. The sooner the better. Good luck with your car and hope you feel a little better.

Go to the doctor after any accident.....It may seem small and you might be able to walk away from it, but you could wake up one morning, and have so much swelling in the spinal cord/nervous system/skull/neck areas , and wake up paralyzed. No fun at all.

Sorry about the car man. Check and see if anyone else has been hit by them, and get a class-action happening.

Sore muscles and stuff are normal after an accident. My neck ached for a few days after my friend crashed his Beemer into the trees at 60mph, but it went away afterwards with no ill effects.

The paramedics on scene told me that aches and pains would be normal, but if it's so bad that aspirin can't take care of it, you should go to a doctor.

cefiro8701,

Sorry to see what happened to your car. I love the Photoshop skills. Can you post the same pic of your car w/o the PS mods? Repost an untouched pic of the front. I like it a lot.

well nothing is working out...

since im only 18 i had to get liability insurance due to budget reasons...

which means they dont cover my car...

and the mall's risk management company wants to "resolve" the accident.

buncha ******, they say that the police report is not fair and will not decide who was ultimately at fault.

so stupid...her statement was"i pushed down on the signal lever and after checking that it was working pulled up"

that was when she plowed into my car...

WHAT FUCCING SECURITY GUARD WILL CHECK THEIR SIGNALS WHILE ON THE ROAD?!AND WHILE THERE IS A PERSON BEHIND THEM?

im sooo frustrated believ it or not this caused gray hairs to come outta my head.

Dude, DO NOT settle for that! That security person was obviously at fault, based on what you've told us, and they should be responsible for paying for everything. Take 'em to court if you have to. Go and talk to them wearing a neck brace or something and start dropping words like lawsuit and see what they do.

I wouldn't worry too much about it. From what you're saying it sounds like there is no way that you are at fault. Of course they're not going to want to pay, but if you have a police report that states that the security car was at fault, there is not much they can do, no matter how "unfair" it is.

Ouuuuuuuuuch...Damn man...well, I'd say still stick with your idea you had mapped out. Try and tint the tailights now for instance and get that out the way...then spray the rims and calipers to get that out the way (both not very expensive, just labor) then keep workin your way up until you save enough to get it fixed or have insurance come through with a check.

Great... make sure they dont short change you on the settlement. Get a proper estimate from a quality repair shop and make sure that the insurance company pays every penny.

Dont get on this!!
