Strange "click" after start

Strange "click" after start
Just had my front brakes done (rotors and calipers) and I noticed this strange click/clunk after starting the car and putting into drive....
As soon as I put it into drive, there's a clunk on the passenger's side when I press the brake for the 1st time. Say I'm pulling out of a parking space, shift into R then into D4, and apply the brake to slowdown or stop (while in d4) *clunk*...
It is somewhat hard to describe, but I hear it EVERYTIME I start the car and press the brake for the 1st time in D4...
any ideas???
