EVAP Canister and EVAP check valve
 

Hey, has anyone replaced the EVAP Canister and EVAP check valve on their I30? I am courious if the parts are the same as the Max. Tried calling a stealership for part numbers but they won't give them to me! :mad:

Nissan dealerships are closer to me and Nissian parts tend to be cheaper than Infiniti parts.. I need to fix my CEL, Help!.

They should be exactly the same, just match up the year & CA/FED emissions status.

Thanks. That's what I thought since it does not make sense for Infiniti to design another part just for the I30. Problem is neither of the dealerships would give me the part numbers and both said this 'could' be different (which I doubt but wanted to double check).

Do you mean the Canister Assy-Evaporation? If so Maxima A33a and I30 A33 have the same part number 14950-4L600.

Valve Assy-Evapo,Service Port for all Maximas A33 and I30/35 A33 is 14939-9E000,
but i'm not sure if you was asking about that part ;)
