The bulbs you are talking about are not going to be blue when lit. The blue tint on them filters out the yellow color halogen produces for a whiter apearance in the headlight.

Why would you want blue bulbs in your headlights anyway? If you had blue bulbs in your headlight you could'nt see where you where going. Blue bulbs filter out the usable lumens (good light that helps you actually see).

The whole blue-bulb thing is so old now. They sell these bulbs at KMart and the local Walgreens now.

If you wanted to change headlights, you may as well go with HIDs (an authentic conversion kit) that blinds the hell out of people, or your other option is to not even waste a dime on the lights and leave them the way they are, but DONT get the blue bulbs...its just a waste.

"Blue" lights do not transmit very much light to the ground.

"Hey guys, look how cool my lights look in the parking lot!"..."Oh yeah, I got that dent when I hit a tree because I cannot see $hit with my blue headlights when it rains at night."

AMEN to that. I had NOKYA Artic Purples at one point and they looked cool and all but I'll be damned when it rained I couldn't see ANYTHING. Thank god I had fog lights becasue tinted bulbs are dangerous if the weather is foul.

Those bulbs are just higher watt with a blue tint. They're not going to be blue like let's say a 8000K HID kit is. They are brighter than stock though and don't have that ugly yellow color to them so just be happy with that. I had some bulbs like that at 1 point:
