Let's see here who has...

Ok, before I start, I would like to say don't get upset or get mad at me because of this. Everybody does what they want.

Ok I had the good old Infiniti today and was cruising from school to work, normally a 25-30 minute drive on the interstate. I got on the interstate right from school and was met by a Chevy Cruze. We started driving and we were going at a good pace and what not. I look down and we are doing 95mph and I couldn't even tell. The Infiniti was holding up no problem. Felt like I could go much faster, no problem. Did I chance that, no. But I thought it was great that it felt so solid at those speeds. My average interstate driving speed is roughly 75-80mph. And seeing that my great grandmother doesn't get much above 45, it's probably good for the car to be run a little bit.

So I am just curious, how fast have you had your i30/i35? Did it feel comfortable to you? Solid? What is your average interstate driving speed?

I got mine to about 100, but I wasn't comfortable doing it, just since I got into a bad accident that totaled my last car (lost control) and I need to make sure this car lasts for a long time. Probably also since my front tires are worn down plenty too (ordering new ones to go with my I35 wheels on Monday). My normal cruise speed is 70 (I set cruise when the tach is sitting right at 2500RPM)

The fastest my I30 has gone about 100-105 at the most. It felt pretty smooth, but when I do slow down i feel like a rubbing noise when I break especially when I am on the freeway from home to school. Now that is wierd for me and I don't like that noise

130 - limiter. Car feels okay, but I've driven an E320 at the same speed and that car gives much more confidence

It's the sloppy stock suspension. With Strut tower brace, rear sway bar and stiffer suspension it feels awesomely planted and you can't tell from going 70 except the road gets narrower.

i've driven rental ford fiestas and crappy renaults in europe at 120mph... no reason our cars shouldn't handle it.

127, didn't feel to disconnected. My GTP felt a little more planted, might have been because it had a lot less miles when I did it.

went about 100 live in a hot area on 95 also worried about the wheel since I think my tie rods are busted and sometimes on the driver side it wobbles and shakes which im going to get it fixed soon as im trying to identify the problem but other then that drives niceee...

125 car felt good. i do have it lowered and also have wider tires so im sure that made a big difference. i normally drive 70.

If I drive over 60 mph, the car start shaking. I have had tires balanced, and rear struts replaced. I've pretty much given up on hopes of speeding on the interstate :(

lol defiantly that or tie rods I learned the hard way were I was turning left in a Grocery shop parking lot. One of the tie rods snapped, and I had no control on one side

since then fixed car is so much smoother even breaking limits
