Need Help 2001 Infiniti I30: Have to press the gas pedal to get it to start

I have to press the gas pedal to get the car to start...this is an 2001 Infiniti I30 that I recently purchased; before heading over to Nissan dealer, seeking advice here on this forum. Should I replace the IACV, MAF sensor, throttle body to alleviate this issue. All feedback is appreciated

when you let off the throttle, does the engine die? If so, your IACV went bad, frying your ECU. However, this need not be an expensive repair. Just take out the ECU (it’s below your dash near the floor under the ashtray) and send it off to a circuit repair place. It costed me $200 for the repair and a few more bucks for the IACV, but that’s better than $1400 to replace the ECU. Once the ECU is repaired, you reinstall it along with IACV. The ECU will have to be retrained, but I imagine there’s stuff out in the interwebs (or even in this forum) that discusses how to do it.
