I appreciate your patience with the filter delivery. Typically orders are shipped the same day that I place the order. The folks in Columbus told me that they've been very busy and got a few days behind schedule. Anyway, it arrived in one piece and I'm sure you will enjoy it. The Ea filters are of top quality.
