Purchased interior with full understanding everything worked (power seats with heat) with no cracks in leather. The driver seat element does not work and the leather has a worn spot right in the center bottom cushion. This was not visible from pictures and was assured I would be satisfied.
Communication was great before and during the sale, but now does not acknowledge my communications. I left about 3-4 PM's and also sent an Email with my concerns.
I have to say I'm disappointed concerning the amount of money I spent on the items and the cost to ship. I guess it could be worse, but these kind of things leave a bad taste and shouldn't happen. I don't understand why people can't be up-front about things...
