Seller answered my WTB post and within 30 minutes and we had a deal and he had payment. That was Wednesday, Feb 18, in the evening. I chose this seller because he's in NC, I'm in PA and his feedback is full of fast shipping comments. No word from him for a few days, so I emailed him Sunday asking if it had even shipped yet. He replied Mon Feb 23 and said it probably went out Sun or Mon. I then asked him, did it at least go priority mail? He said yes and gave me a confirmation #. I received this item today, Feb 26, first class mail. The part is great and the price was fair, but had I known to expect a 5-day delay between payment and shipment I'd have gone somewhere else. I believe this was not intentional, but alot of hassle could have been saved with upfront advertising that this might take 8 days to reach PA.
