I had sent the $$ through paypal expecting to receive a tracking number or at least a confirmation email from this guy and it took almost 2 weeks for him to reply. When he eventually did, all I got was a sob story and no further communication from him. After filing a claim with paypal, all I received for my troubles was $11.02.
