00vi kit was incomplete and had missing/damaged parts not from shipping.

00vi kit was not a "complete" kit as described.
-It was missing the idle air control valve and throttle position sensor.
-Shipping box was so horrible, nuts and bolts fell out of box.
-Fuel injectors were in non-usable condition because the plastic tips and grommets were broken/missing.
-There was NO packing what-so-ever inside the box so parts got damaged. One coil pack was snapped in half.
I have pictures to prove everything. I kindly asked for a full refund but seller refuses to do so. Then i kindly asked for a partial refund to at least pay for the damaged parts and the seller ignores my text messages.
