Sent money via paypal, parts never sent. Luckily paypal gave me my money back.

Pretty simple.
I sent him $85 for parts and I got nothing in return except emails with excuses about why the parts werent ship and promises that they would be. In the end I had to file a dispute with paypal and after a few weeks, I got my money back from them, not from the seller.
