Pat is a stand up guy... I purchased both his H&R Springs and the KYB AGX shocks. Springs looked almost brand new (VERY minor wear and tear), shocks looked used, but were in good shape. Both came in the original boxes. Pat was fairly good with communications back and forth, but it can take a short while for him to reply, so give him a few days before jumping to conclusions! =) Thanks again Pat!
