I30 on FX 20's and more

There are some nice cars in my apartment complex. One is an I30 with some nice 20 inch rims from an FX-45.

95 maxima se Sep 6, 2006 06:40 PM

tht I35 looks sick with them rims

roggeezy Sep 6, 2006 06:56 PM

talk about some skinny tires on the I30, but they look nice tho.

and that hummer is just sick

99grnmaxgxe Sep 6, 2006 07:03 PM

Damn that I35 is low, and that Lambo is just :drool1: (the orange one)

scubasteve Sep 6, 2006 07:12 PM

im sure your neighbors would love you putting their license plates on the internet

† ErV † Sep 6, 2006 07:15 PM

the lambo is a kit.. a bad one at that

:sprint: :werd:

even if they did, they wouldnt be impressed with some kid snapping off pictures

Nathan Sep 6, 2006 07:50 PM

Where the hell do you live?? That must be a high-end apartment complex you're living in! The Hummer looks amazing & it's cool seeing FX 20's on an A33.

KLOOGY Sep 6, 2006 09:28 PM

I would think before buying those cars, they could afford to buy a home.

86maxima96 Sep 6, 2006 09:40 PM

in a city in NY? not many homes for sale, but rather apartments/town-homes? just giving you the benefit of the doubt. nice cars, anyway. and that I is awesome on those rims.

ghostmax301 Sep 7, 2006 05:23 AM

That lambo is a fake, and like the other guy said, is a bad one. But im sure those townhomes are most likely the price, if not more exspensive then a house...weird...and the people probably don't want a something as big as a house so they get a townhome....works for me o_0

gtr_rider Sep 7, 2006 05:23 AM

That I30 is REALLY nice with those 20's, wow..

those rims on the i30 ( the FX rims) are pure sex... I'm still hunting for a set myself..

what year FX mags are those?

KL

Metal Maxima Sep 7, 2006 11:28 AM

Yeah, gotta say I am REALLY liking the way your ride looks with those wheels. Excellent choice. :ben:

Nathan Sep 7, 2006 12:39 PM

Does anyone know the offset of those FX wheels? They seem to still sit far into the fender which means they have a fairly high offset.

95_Maxima_5spd Sep 7, 2006 08:18 PM

those wheels look nice on the I35 man. The H2 is meh...i've never been a big fan of them--the black Bimmer looks pretty clean too....lol @ the Ferrari poster in the garage with a Lambo. that lambo kit car is goofy looking IMO. pretty nice looking neighborhood of vehicles there tho.

Digitized Sep 7, 2006 08:57 PM

what profile are those tires????

rkyat Sep 8, 2006 03:20 AM

one more blurry shot.

Hey is that your car? Sorry about posting the plate #'s... what can anybody do with a plate number though anyway?

The guy with the Gallardo used to have a 360 Modena thats why the Ferrari poster is in there. He also has a CLS 55 AMG. I heard from people in the community, and this is purely speculation I dont know it to be a fact, that the Lambo guy is a male stripper. Now I also dont think a male stripper can make that much money, but if so, I might need to change my career path.

Dont know if anyone noticed, the BMW E36 convertible has a Zeemax Widebody kit and shaved moldings off the doors. I used to have an E36 so I love that car and know the amount of work it takes to make the kit look good.

This was mine
http://memimage.cardomain.net/member...599_2_full.jpg

The place I live is actually a rental complex with a lot of young couples, single businesspeople that work in the office buildings in the area and is generally a pretty wealthy town... also many divorced parents who used to live in houses but have since downsized (my situation). The rent is almost as much as an apartment in midtown manhattan beleive it or not.

Hey blueice - isnt that jarreds H2?

shurik Sep 8, 2006 12:38 PM

Man Bluejuice how do you ride with those rims??? Seems like you hardly got any rubber there. Looks very good though!
Yeah that Countach is a replica, not the real deal.

spencediggy Sep 8, 2006 05:17 PM

Sorry for my ignorance, but does "yayo" mean cash/dough? Or have something to do with Tony Yayo??

amimaxima Sep 8, 2006 05:48 PM

ya it looks sick what size tires are you running?

The most expensive car I have ever seen in TN was a ford gt. I have never seen a lambo or ferrari in real life, just tv.

shavedmax Sep 9, 2006 06:23 PM

well when the avg house in the suburbs of ny goes for 4-500k then you can understand why some people would opt to rent and spend dough on cars instead. i was just luckiy enough to get in while it was affordable.

ps, the i35 is awesome

i don't know if we're allowed to say the actual word on the forum but yayo is slang for something white that you sniff up your nose; something from the movie "scarface".

I absolutely can NOT under stnad whey people would rent and just buy nice cars.....

expensive cars = bad investment (loses money)
renting house = even worse investment (might as well burn your money)

4-500K is what the average house around here goes for, and most people buy rather than rent....But in the driveways are Honda Accords and Maximas (:hide:)...

As to the i35, it looks pretty good but the wheels just look too big on it IMO. Same wheels in 19's would look alot better.

yeah but your avg house is a 2 story colonial w full basement,4 bedrooms 2.5 baths on an acre or two. in my neighborhood a 2 bedroom 1 bath ranch on a 60x90 plot is 450. a house closer into the city is 6-800k. i dont know where you get that kind of money, but i'm struggling with my house that i bought for 200 and still had to dump over 60 at my cost(not having anyone do the work) to make it decent.

dont get me wrong, i agree with you 100% house forst, toys later, but some people just love the bling factor more than the stability factor.

hey paulfromchicago, do you mean powdered sugar or flour?

i didnt know tony yayo was a baker......................

I think you're misinformed....people seem to think Virginia is the countryside or something....

in the county I live in (fairfax) a 2-story colonial with full basement, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths on an Acre or two runs over $1 million. The same house on a small lot runs about $600K.

My 1971 townhouse with no garage (which I bought for a bit over $200K 5 years ago) could now sell for $350K easily.

A small, old row house in downtown DC or nearby (Georgetown, Alexandria, DC) with maybe 2 bedrooms runs a cool million.

Trust me, I've lived in NYC and here in DC area, and this area is more expensive....

this might interest you....note how 4 counties in the DC metro area rank ahead of such NYC powerhouses as Nassau and Putnam....then tell me about cost of living....

how far are you from dc?

plus at that point we're not comparing apples to apples.

if you live in a higher income per capita neighborhood than i do(meaning you bring home more cheddar than i do), and the cost of your house is the same as mine(and it is, because i bought mike for 212 and it's about 320 now, 2.5 yrs later), then your cost of living is lower than mine, because you make more and spend the same. make sense.i think you and i are in the same boat.i dont know what you make, i dont think it's anyone's business, but going off avg's then you're better off. plus my property taxes just went up 2 grand this year, making it close to 6 grand for a 60x90 2 bedroom ranch with no garage and no basement.

i live 1.5 to 2 hrs away from nyc, which is where the money is, just like DC. the closer you live to the big city, the more it'll cost to live there and the more you'll make.

max95q Sep 10, 2006 10:45 AM

Man, thats a very bad kit Lambo!! I remember when they came out with the kits for the lambo in the early 90's where you would use a Pontiac fiero frame to do it on. You could tell it wasnt a real one because the scaling was so off compared to the real one. That one looks cheezy as hell too, lol. The other cars are nice.
