alright, i think thats some sarcasm im picking up here. It's a tight spot and its the 3rd drift of the year, i'm sure better are to come. BUT, the real reason i'm going so slow is i have 56,000 miles on my car and the stock potenzas. Once they lose grip they don't get it back(n e one with em knows) and i'd like to keep my car out of the trees this early in the season.

At the end of last winter there was a little squal when i left work and i poop you not, i was going 10 mph or less and as soon as i hit the brakes to turn into my street the brakes locked up and the ABS came on. I slid ALL the way across my street entrance, ABS goin like mad, and a SUV behind me turned onto my street(my neighbor). I backed into my street. I will not drive my car in the snow.

I was just joshin with you buddy. I used to do reckless drifts in my 89 Cavalier when I was 16, I don't have the ********* (to avoid language filter ) for that anymore. As long as you had fun who cares what anybody says.

no, i know. i just love to talk about how terrible the potenzas are in the snow, its just amazing how little grip they get. I think i'm gonna just gets snow tires for the front then it will pull rediculous drifts. Like the exhaust note? My exhaust broke in half, lol, i took the muffler off, it wasn't doin n e thing anyway.

stock potenzas almost killed me last winter in all seriousness. Im making it a point to get some proxes 4 on my stock 17s before the snow hits hard...I intend on living for quite some time

Standing in front of a car who you know is going to lose control is NOT the smartest thing to do.

there's a lot of people here who have no concept. I'm going like 12 mph. If the drift didn't go as planed the car would stop way before the camera and he could get behind a tree. I wasn't n e where near outside of my comfort zone. I'm 24, perfect record so far! That can of course can change n e day, keep it humble and smart. I think it is technically a drift, i am counter steering.

r u serious? Experience is important but it won't take you far if you don't already have skills, like me . I could use many examples but i think i'll go with star wars. anakin skywalker had mad skills, even though his master had way more experience. anakin had a gift. His potential was higher than n e one else. He lacked experience, though, which i have. I can't count the times i've drifted in the snow. I drove my car home in that freaking blizzard yesterday and pissed a few people off im sure with how slow(again, because i have stock skatenzas with 55k on em) i was going, i know what a car is going to do in snow, i can predict it and i understand it, you don't, probly never will. I'm not saying i can drift, yet, im just saying i think that technically is a drift from its definition. Driver induced oversteer with the wheels pointing in the opposite direction of the turn. It's a small drift, but a drift nonetheless.

you just lucky young 1!!! you could've drifted right into that car to your right. trust me, that was'nt drifting, it was sliding and you hit it right. i just don't want see a post that reads " max ride 41 was right, totalled my whip" and then we all have to feel sorry for you. and by the way, wtf does star wars have to do with real life????

Rofl thats funny man. Yea as previously said, as long as you know the car's limits then you should be straight. For me I never see snow (so. cal) so I have no idea whats it like driving in snow. Looks pretty cool tho.
