New Modifications to my 4th Gen PoliceMax

A couple years ago i ruffed up this forum when i began with my police modified 1996 GXE... i've been working on it for a couple years and just got recent pics uploaded, let me know what you think, good or bad because i've HEARD IT ALL! :-)

Cheers

ahh i dont man....car looks really clean...i think you would need some more performance upgrades.....like....BOOST!

Hexon 07-24-2008 09:29 PM

I remember seeing your post back when you first started the "PoliceMax" conversion. Lots of flamage. Did you get it painted black or is it green. I can't tell in some of the pictures.

midnight0045 07-24-2008 09:32 PM

it's DP0 Deep Evergreen

MorpheusZero 07-24-2008 10:33 PM

:chuckle: I remember.

max95q 07-24-2008 11:29 PM

I remember too. Its not a bad vehicle. I like the new rims and tinted tails.

95 Maxnout 07-25-2008 01:26 AM

Not bad at all man.Looks clean....

BWa1k 07-25-2008 06:23 AM

Sooo.... It's got a cop chip? ;)

Grand_hustle17 07-25-2008 06:42 AM

yeah i do remember, damn that was a while ago... its clean, but my feelings stays the same..................Y?

maximized98 07-25-2008 06:55 AM

Besides the whole cop thing (mirrors, antenna) looks decent. BTW If you wanted that look, how come you didn't get a caprice or a crown vic???

99grnmaxgxe 07-25-2008 07:06 AM

Tires are kind of thick, but I guess police cars have thick tires!

Digitized 07-25-2008 07:22 AM

looks good...

isn't it illegal to tint the front windshield?
kinda contradicts of you wanting to be a cop car :p doesn't it?

midnight0045 07-25-2008 09:06 AM

front windshield is illegal yeah

the carmel police are just intense about window tint regulation

but i'm only living in this damn town for another few weeks til i go back to school @ IU

Snypa 07-25-2008 12:13 PM

To each their own....Nice foglights.

JSMax 07-25-2008 09:32 PM

I think I liked the steel rims better with the trim rings. You were waiting on cop suspension iirc. O and a cop motor. You still have that cb installed?

midnight0045 07-26-2008 05:46 AM

the cb is installed along with the scanner.. i put the scanner underneath my seat, it still picks up carmel police and indianapolis police channels

scanners are illegal mobile w/o a permit of use.. so my story is the antenna on my trunk runs to my cb radio installed underneath my deck

Nice gallery! Really nice flush tire/wheel/fender fitment (Digitized)!

Bankstitan 08-01-2008 12:34 PM

whats a police max?

OK.Eric 08-01-2008 12:55 PM

Would be a good undercover cop car.

perkman87 08-01-2008 01:16 PM

so all it needs is a ram bar. they sell those on ebay.

timmay5835 08-01-2008 01:36 PM

doin something different.....nice

Capital15 08-01-2008 01:40 PM

The spotlight....unique.

midnight0045 08-02-2008 09:40 PM

thanks for the comments!

i actually thought about a ram bar.. haha then i just kinda hit myself in the head and didn't want to go too crazy with the police thing.. besides i wasn't sure the front end of our cars could handle a 100 extra pounds of steel hanging off the front .. the crown vics/impalas have upgraded, bulky suspension and appropriate bumper fitaments

Torgus 08-03-2008 08:23 AM

neat.
get the ram bar.
i'd drive it...

khantalha+ 08-03-2008 03:41 PM

thats one F'ing POLICE MAX hahaha..
very nice

Flava_24/7 08-05-2008 11:58 AM

Ok, the police transformation was one thing, but now its a cross between a wannabe be police interceptor (for whatever reason) and a tuner?
Totally retarded. Go with one or the other.

midnight0045 08-05-2008 07:29 PM

not everyone likes it

should i put a turbo in it?

Grand_hustle17 08-05-2008 08:35 PM

.......... :mrgone:

They're stock size for an A32 with 15" wheels. They just look bigger because of the style and color of wheel.

perkman87 08-05-2008 08:53 PM

hey you like it, so whatever.....get a gun rack.

thedwyer00 08-18-2008 03:03 PM

I guess it's a cool thing if that's what you were going for but it won't work unless you put some strobes in it.

sweed88 08-20-2008 11:47 AM

strobes would be cool

sweed88 08-20-2008 11:50 AM

strobes youd be pretty cool man

midnight0045 08-20-2008 03:12 PM

the car has aftermarket led lights behind the grill and near the rearview mirror

each corner light has a strobe inside

each reverse lens has a strobe inside

the car could legit pull someone over

... wouldn't ever do that though
