95 Revive Completed .. For Now! (56k run away)

I had to do some serious adjusting to get these pics on the computer and postable. So the quality went out the window ... sorry!

I have been working on this car for several months and for now its done. Here is a previous post.

The car has come a long way. I'm really liking the interior. Are you running spacers with those Z rims?

AEMAXIMA01 11-30-2009 04:30 AM

Looks good overall. Not really feeling the red on the inside. The 350z wheels like very nice!

ChrisMan287 11-30-2009 04:59 AM

Damn the car looks good. You need '97-'99 headlights and rear bumper to complete the look.

bigpopaj369 11-30-2009 07:13 AM

sooo clean! looks sexy bro nice car

SrgScott 11-30-2009 08:28 AM

Wow, looks really good man! I really do love what you did with the interior, just a splash of color.

Nice work! :D

I am running 6mm spacers in the rear only!

I have been throwing around the idea of the headlights, I just perfer the glass of the 95's but the look of the 97's.

Nice work! :D

It took forever to decide on the color. I was using the orange leather from the 350z but it looks strange on the panels with black seats. So I decided to use the burnt orange from the BMW seats but in suede. (some expensive material tho)

Stretch21 11-30-2009 11:48 AM

I found this motion shot!

http://i265.photobucket.com/albums/i...IMG_6747TB.jpg

It really has been a long road I cant even list everything I had to do to get this car to my standards. But I am glad to see that people like it.

Thanks to everyone for the compliments!

wirelessdude04 11-30-2009 01:10 PM

looks very nice.. Clean lov the stance what suspension setup? Maybe some bigger spacer's to make that bytch flush... Interior is sick goes well with the white

MaxiNone 11-30-2009 05:26 PM

car looks good, i never really liked how those 350z wheels look on 4th gens but for some reason they look good on your car.

keep the glass headlights, i didnt realized til someone mentioned it. i guess to a trained eye you can spot it quick. i'm seriously thinking on buying 95-96 headlights only because i wouldnt have to worry about them hazing up like the 97-99 ones do...

95 Maxnout 11-30-2009 05:33 PM

Looks good man.

timmay5835 11-30-2009 05:43 PM

JNCoRacer 11-30-2009 05:45 PM

In the pics it's Tien Springs and KYBs but I have changed to D2 coilovers since then. I was rubbing with the 6mm spacer in the rear with someone in the back and bumps. I have a stiffer setup now so that helps. I plan on rolling the fenders, using 15mm spacers in rear / 10mm spacers in front, changing tire sizes to get a bit of stretch and still nice sidewalls, and finally lowering it to right to the tire. HELLA FLUSH is my goal!

Thanks for the interior compliment, I debated on that for a while and was concerned if it would look good with the white!

I think I will keep the glass. Quality>Looks. I live in SoFla and it takes its toll on the plastics. I have to polish my S2Ks headlights at least once a month and that thing never leaves the garage!

I bought the car with the wheels on it already. They wouldnt be my first choice but it grew on me. They were all mucked up so I stripped them and repainted them. NO RATTLE CAN. I painted in my friends paint booth. Maybe thats why they look different to you. I mixed the same paint as what Lexus uses on the IS350s with the gunmetal option. I'm glad it's liked, bc like I said I wasnt 100% on them at first.

JNCoRacer 12-01-2009 06:46 AM

They have all clear glass headlights for the 4th gens. They look good, but the only ones Ive seen are "AE'd".

ShippedOut 12-01-2009 12:02 PM

Love the look of your car man. Definitely one of my top 5 favourite 4th Gens

nzelinsky 12-01-2009 04:05 PM

Those wheels are a perfect fit for a 4th gen

gto400no1 12-02-2009 06:12 PM

That is one clean 95! Just need to ditch those cloudy headlights.

97Maximus 12-02-2009 09:59 PM

The materials were expensive I needed about 4 yards of suede, backing material, and canvas for the boots. I think all in all it was around $250. My brother is an extremely talented person, and made it all for me I just did the installations. He also did the pictures above.

The interior panels are a burnt orange, I figured it would get mixed reviews but it did mke the interior look and feel expensive, especially in person

The wheels are from a 350z. I repainted them and used 6mm spacers in the rear.

Thanks bro. I'm big on clean cars ... IMO 4th gens look so much cleaner when there is no wing.

Thanks. I live in South Florida so its not as hard to drive it as it would be in places like NY. Fingers crossed I havent hit on anything, I guess its from years of driving slammed cars. Its lower now with the coilovers I plan on getting pictures just for show. I will return to the hieght in the posted pics soon bc the lower I go the smaller the wheels look and the worse it rubs. Its already at the point where I need a sticker like this one but with a 4th gen Max. :naughty:

I had to roll the rear when it was at the hieght in the pics just to put someone in the rear. In fact in the pics of the rear wheel you can see the rips in the tires! After I put the coilovers on and slammed it I had to pull the spacer off to stop it rubbing and I hate when the rim is inside the wheel well so plans are in place to pull the fenders and run 15mm to 20mm spacers. I am going for hella flush and if doesn't work I am selling it!

Hobhob26 12-08-2009 05:47 PM

im loving the max man keep up the good work the interior looks great

Go right ahead you wont get any hate from me! Piece of advice: The OE color of the wheels gets washed out on a white car. IMO thats why I painted mine a different color.

95se-rmax 12-16-2009 08:45 AM

well the wheels stock like the stock color to me and look nice
