finally decided to start my own progress thread.
1997 GXE A/T bought with 129,500, all stock for $2000 on 011911.
so i wont lie, when i first got my max i hated it. at the time i was more into trucks with big rims and sound systems and blah blah blah. i just hated the car lol. but soon after finding the org, i slowly fell in love. i saw what this car was capable of. so as time progressed, my car did too.

this was the first day i had the car.

soon after i realized these lights looked stupid af lolol so i bought some red clears!

after the tails i found myself a set of g35c wheels with decent thread for $360. sorry, i couldnt find pics :(

so, after riding arouund lifted for 9 months, i got tired of it so i pulled the trigger. my next not so n00b move. :D ksport coiloversAttachment 38695

i dont have pics of most of my mods so i'll just list them in the order i got them.
red/clear tails, SE grille, SE fogs(yellow tint wrapped), 10k HIDs, Cone Filter, g wheels, ksport kontrol coils, obx v2 headers, custom 3" catback, viper alarm, roof rack(now gone), stillen front lip, stillen sides and rears, woodgrain interior, jvc double din, varrsteon 2.2.1 9.5 +22 10.5 +22, rear window spoiler.

i think i've covered everything lol. and sorry for the disorganization.:o

as i get time i'll clean this up a bit and post more pics when i find them
as of right now i'm pretty much done dumping money into my car. few more things i'd like to do tho is install my greddy blue, mishimoto rad, retrofit my r34s and hopefully 5 speed swap. once thats done, hopefully, i'll be getting a 05-06 g35 sedan 6MT.

Lol I was too lazy to look Leonard. But yes they are volk reps just a little different here and there. But no, no spacers. Rears are 10.5 +22

Rene, no rubbing in the rear?:eek: I have VarrsES1 9.5+22 on a 225/40 and I rub on inclines, and we practically have the same live axle rear suspension.

haha very minimal rubbing. my tires still dont have any rub marks. i need to pull them just a bit more and lower about another half inch!

I don't want to pull mine, but I rub on deep inclines, like shopping centers and stuff

Do you have em rolled? I slight pull may help. Its not noticeable at all man!

I have the rears rolled, had too when I had my 370z wheels, I don't like that separation from the bumper and the fender, looks awkward.

new steering wheel. nrg quick release and ebay hub. having a lot of trouble turning though. like if i lost my powersteering. getting an nrg hub this week. hopefully that'll resolve my problem.
