Need a lot of help

Hi everyone
I recently but a nissan maxima 2001 A33
It has a vq30de engine in it. my main goal is beating 2010 hyundai genesis 3.8 L 306bhp.
for that I guess I need around 240-50 whp.
I have been reading alot and searching.
As for my background I have 270 whp K24 NA honda civic right now which is the record holder in quarter mile in my country, also I have owned and modified from mazda bpt engines to b20vtec turbo to 4g63T on evo 4-8-9, so I am not a total noob to tuning.
My main problem is accessing parts. the only engine we have access to is 06-09 nissan murano vq35de engines.
First I thought of swapping the 3.5 with the manual 5spd from vq30. Then I found an altima 6speed gearbox( I know about the shifting linkage and cable swap) is there any diffrence between axle length on 5spd vs 6spd?
VQ35DE engine price is 2000$ here, but I can get VQ35DE (crankshaft, connecting rods, intake manifold, injectors, cams, valves) for 500$.
machine work is cheap here and I have skilled friends to help do the job(head port and polish, intake manifold customizing, camshaft customizing, valve oversizing) so I can build a 3315cc.
Stand alone ecu will be used
I found some write ups on all off these but couldn't open the pictures can anybody help with that?
everyone's 2 cents is welcome and appreciated. something like this would be nice
