vacuum problem

North Texas 02 will start but wont stay running replaced fuel pump and intake air control valve any ideas?

1999 getting horrible gas mileage in FL. Added injector cleaner and replaced the air filter. What could be wrong?

... see where I'm kinda going with this?

im not a mechanic would like to go to school and learn more i can turn a wrench and change parts .

1st off ... has a scan tool been used to determine if any DTCs (diagnostic trouble codes) have been stored?

If yes, what are the code(s)?

If no, this is a super good first step in diagnosing your problem.

2nd ... was the fuel pump replaced to address this symptom or has the symptom developed since fuel pump replacement?

With the fuel pump replacement, have you confirmed that you have adequate/proper fuel pressure?
