Some Quick Clear Tail Light Questions

I've noticed that most of your remove the red part at the very corner of the light where the yellow reflector ends. When doing so, I'm assuming you don't put a bulb back into that socket. By not putting a bulb back into that socket, does it cause a burned out bulb indicator?

Also, since my tails are sitting on my kitchen counter, already opened, and I can't quite decide whether it'll look nicer with or without that little red section, if you guys have some pics with the red section, it would be greatly appreciated if you could post or provide a link to them.

Sin,

I will email you a pic when I get home from work. Hit me with a reminder if you do not see it tonight.

Re: Some Quick Clear Tail Light Questions

Get rid of the red piece just make it all white. I just cleared mine yesterday and it looks much better without the red.

you can also keep the red BUT put the light panel in front of it... but I removed my bulbs for that area and didn't get a light bulb out indication (didn't even know I had one)

I removed the red, but left the bulb in:
