today on my way home from work there was this guy in an integra, that was modded. all i could hear is intake and i could see the exhaust. we ran it from like about 30mph and he was a bit ahead up to 50 or so, but around 55 i started pulling but we had to shut it down cuz of traffic. he was a 5speed. my question is how do u tell an (ls,gs) from GSR?? he had all his emblems shaved. im sure he wasnt a GSR cuz he should have smoked me then since im an auto with only CAI, but just for future instances, how can u tell a GSR from anything else???

Why do you think he wasnt a GSR? Those things are not known for their torque. If you had raced a GS (140 hp), I think you would have smoked him, with your automatic and CAI.

 

GSR tegs have leather interior and different wheels from the LS and GS depending on the year. other than that there is no way unless u pop the hood.

the moon roof might help you narrow it down. but the easiest way is to listen for the v-tec. with a intake and exaust you can diffinitly here the vtec pop.

accually i was working at a dealership and someguy that was saling those kits was having his car serviced. and he was asking questions about the camry housing. to see if they can support a kit that he had. so i questioned him about the hid kits. and ended up buying one.

i think he was doing a group deal on the harnesses last year cause he called me up to test the harness on my car. and i think he mentioned he was doing the deal for maxima.org. i can dig up his phone number when i get home.

 

Not all GSRs have leather interiors.

Honestly I don't know a way to tell the difference between them except for the badges.
