FOCK NMAC! I haven't received a statement in the mail in the last year. Every month I send in a check for the amount of money in a self addressed envelope with a note to change my address and I get nothing. I'll keep doing it and one day I'll see a statement!

Yep, same story(kinda). I notified them of my new address and yet the next 3 statements still went to the old address, luckily my old address is my parents house. Also it took them over 6 months to correct the spelling of my name, I would mark the box and write my name on the back every time yet it took them 6 months to change it.
