Does anyone know where I can get front and rear engine mounts for my 90 maxima w/ a vg30e engine for a real good price new?

Well the thing is you can make your own for like less then 30 bucks.. Do a search on polyurethane mounts, as for getting original motor mounts they are expensive. OEM from nissan are at lest 300 for all 4 of them, not including the labor. Sadly i dont have any money to buy/install motor mounts. If you live in the NYC area or near long island, giv maximus75 a pm on the org, he owns a shop and will give you a good price... good luck and tell me how the mounts work for you... I just bought a new one (front for my car) I ordered from the nissan dealership in Cali...forget the name and I bought...the flexane from Mcmaster and filled it in...although...most of it leaked out...(F***ing tape)...anyways...I'm sticking it in this weekend...but it only cost about $70 something bucks...for the mount and $23 for the flexane...good luck

 

so 70 bucks for one mount.. hmm.. i need all 4.. that would be about 280-300.. um.. so your doing the poly project.. hmm.. let it settle for a couple of days.. tell me how the ride /noise/response is compared with the old mounts...

 

I think courtesy has the energy suspension engine mount inserts for the VG. All you do is put these inserts into the gap in the mounts and they work like new.

 

dont see it on the webpage..i do see nissan se-r mounts..

 

Lemm know how you like them, nupe. I was going to put on my filled mounts this weekend, but I have to replace the steering rack boots and the right front axle, so I'm gonna do those while I have the engine support and the y-pipe out. Maybe next week...

 

somebody in los angeles, call up place racing and see if they'll make a set for vg and ve's
