Direct BOLT ON mufflers...who sells them

I have some holes in my stock rear section and Im looking for a direct bolt on muffler to bolt up to my Warpspeed B pipe.

I think Stillen makes one but Im not down with the noise or the hefty price tag. I also think HKS used to manufacture one.

Id rather avoid welding if possible but does anyone know where I could find a direct bolt on rear section for my 96 (affordable if possible)?

Thanks

You already named them. Stillen, HKS, or Pacesetter .

you don't want pacesetter they rust extremely quick! try getting a borla muffler of something...with price your gonna have to sacrifice something unless u get an OEM one from a junkyard or someone on the org who is buying an aftermarket system.

I think Nopi sells them but like other say, they are crap. Your best bet is buying a used Stillen or HKS, or OEM from a junkyard.

Buy a Borla or Magnaflow or a Flowmaster. They are some decent straight through mufflers out there. I believe someone just recently bought a Borla XS performance or something like that for 75 bucks. He says he loves it, great sound no drone, quiet at cruise speeds, V8 sounding on the throttle. Sounds like a good deal.

greddy evo

I have a GREDDY EVO rear section that i made custom to bolt straight on to the 2001 and 5th gen. maxima. costs me about $80 to do all that work. all you need is the existing 2 blots that you have on your car, bolt on the GREDDY and your ready to go .

if you are interested let me know. im asking $235 shipped OBO.

thanks.

Yeah I know they are beginning to work with maganflow but I wrote them today to see if any bolt-on model hybrid or something was available.

Thanks for all the feedback guys

My bad. I think it's a weld-on. But they did modify the 2k+ mufflers for the 4th gen, so I don't see why they wouldn't be able to mod the magnaflow so we could bolt on the maximas.

You know John with the Red 99 at Virginia Tech? He has a HKS muffler modified to bolt right up. That muffler is very very quiet. Sounds just like stock. I love it.

For the price of a Stillen muffler, you can buy any muffler you want and have it modified to bolt up.
