UPDATE!
I drove the service manager in it and he sees the problem but can't justify it enough to change to a NEW tranny. He said he will back me 100% when I call Nissan direct for a NEW tranny.
At this point it raises about 400 rpm between 1st to second and has a long a$$ delay in the shift, then it slowly slides into gear.
I am so pi$$ed about this $h!t! Wish me luck when I call Nissan on Monday.

This is your THIRD transmission for a 2001 car? You've either been having a lot of bad luck or there's another underlying problem. Your mods don't indicate anything that would produce massive amounts of additional torque or HP, so why is your trans falling apart? Do you drive it like a manual all the time? How many miles are on the car? Do you do a lot of city driving?
Good luck getting the problem fixed, and for good!
