Dang, I have a cool wife...

She had been hearing me mention the FSTB for a while, since I did the install on my RSB a few weeks ago and told her I was thinking about getting one to tighten up the front a lil'...

So with my birthday on the way, I find out she came on here incognito and found out where to get the Courtesy and its on the way!

When your wife is hot, cooks like Martha Stewart, and she is buying you mods, you know you've got a keeper!

You are so lucky. My wife is no Martha Stewart and she hasn't bought me car parts but at least she can drive a stick and is very careful with my car.

VERY cool wife. My girlfriend is the same way. If she knew I was eyeing something, she would buy if for me in a heartbeat. That is AWESOME!

Most men make the mistake of appreciating what they had . . . .after its gone. It's nice to see that you know and love what you have . . . now.

Re-ciprocate, and enjoy

Re: Dang, I have a cool wife...

Not only did my wife buy my supercharger, but she helped me install it. Now she wants to put in a lift kit, lockers, gear change, and new rims and tires for her Jeep. She might not be Martha Stewart when it comes to cooking, however, I love her the way she is.

...Seems like we are busting up the stereotypes that the women-folk are all 'ball and chain' when it comes to cars and modding... It is great to hear so many of your significant others are at least 'tolerant' of your addiction, because let's not kid ourselves, thats what we have...

Mod bug!

Now if only I could get her to buy me a full painted Stillen body kit...

wow, looks like i need to trade up on my girlfriend, or at least go aftermarket...

we're still young so its very different, but she just zones away if i talk about my car, driving, modding, anything. i think shes still kinda bitter from when i told her she was second to my car...

My wife can't drive. (Thinks she can). Can't appreciate a Max. Can't cook. (Thinks she can). Will eat in my Max when my back is turned. Complains about the sunroof, manual shift, stereo volume. I mean, what the hell.

1. In 10 months, the wife has only driven the Max once (not even a 5 minute ride)!
2. In 10 years of marriage, I have learned most wifes hate anything that you enjoy (except maybe sex) and they love everything you hate the most.

But it's all good...

But she's coming around with the Max. For our 10 anniversary, she has offered to buy me a Stillen RSB. I think I will be taking that offer... Of course, she'll be getting diamonds...

I know, i was really just post whoring. but if i can quote the best movie ever, Fight Club, "We are a generation of men raised by women...and i'm wondering if another woman is really the answer."

And no, i'm not gay, just sick of my woman at the moment...
