warranty & tsb work at dealer

does dealer get pay for doing warranty work and TSB work?
I'm gonna bring in my maxima tomorrow for both warranty & tsb, I just thought they might "not take care" of my car, b/c my MAF is bad, my cd player is not working and my sunroof is not working, and warped rotor (tsb)

They prefer not to do warranty work because they get less than if a paying customer was in the bay. But the shady dealers like it because they charge repair parts to your car and then don't install them, the factory takes the hit and they shelf the parts. How do I know? There was a factory wood kit that the service advisor all of a sudden handed me over the counter--he said your car didn't need it, you might as well take it. I didn't know about it, I assumed parts were installed in my car, I wouldn't have known otherwise (they pressed the current pieces back down and probably heated it up and stuck it back in place). Nissan still paid for the parts.

But, as a general rule, the dealership that you bought the car from shows you some love by fixing the car under warranty no questions asked.

well, the dealership that I bought from "might" wrote down that I have an aftermarket airintake when I brought it back for oil change & service. So, now my MAF is bad and I put the stock intake back on there, and not really sure about whether I should go back to the dealer that I bought it from. B/c they know I had an aftermarket intake. Should I go back to home dealer or go on to a brand new dealer?

do they have proof that you had a intake besides writing it down? I mean they could write down you had this and that but when you bring it in your stock what can they do without pics to prove it. If they refuse call NNA and tell themt hey refused warranty work for no reason.
