My brother lost his car around a turn on an icey road had the car towed to the dealership which repaired the car to near perfection ($3200). Recently he took the car to the dealership for a broken strut and was told this work/part was not covered due to an accident. Can they do this???

 

i would say if they fixed the car they should honor there work so no they cant do that. but i may be wrong.

 

so they are going to prove that the accident caused the strut to blow. BTW, how many miles are on this car?
