Poking around with wires, this is a must have...
I finally found one of these, been calling around a few days..
its hard to tell from this pic, but what it does is the tip opens with a small channel for a wire. you hook the wire in there and release. A very small, very sharp pin makes a self healing hole in the wire insulation. You can test it for anything (for me, installing that autopage). But the coolest part is that you wont mess up the insulation or run the risk of pricking the wrong wire. Dont cut the wire, you dont void the warranty

Sometimes you may not want the dealer to know you were poking around

I have a logic probe. it tells you positive and negative wires. I needed it when I installed car stereos and alarms. If you wanna know where to get it call snap-on. Go to snapon.com and go to catalog and type CTS24 that's the part number. This you use a small needle that ****** the wire thru the insulation. go check it out. Be warned the part cost $76.95
