Stillen S/C kit SHIPPED

I will finally be boosted after so long. Saved enough money to get the S/C, FSTB, RSB, Tokikos, Flywheel, Clutch, and rear section exhaust. Now i just need to fix my parking brake......

Will post dyno results as soon as it is installed. Along with track times.

The difference is, the car is good for a few years...maybe 10 at the most. You turn around and get a new and better car.
Your wife, on the other hand, is with you for the rest of your life.

How much did you pay for the s/c? I am planning on one in a couple weeks.

well first.......comments are hillarious. Second, I think the total with all the mods was right about 5k. Supercharger i think listed for 3,400.

The thing about your car only being good for ten years.........see the NISSAN WILL be good for 10 years. You can't always say that about a woman.

$3,400? I really hope you bought the correct kit because that's the price of a V2 SC kit for a 4th gen.

I hope so. If he did, better not let the word out on who gave him a discount because Stillen distributors get upset with one another.

Ryan, are you doing this all yourself or having a shop do it? If you're DIY'ing and want some help then let me know. Even if you don't need help I'd still like to see first hand what it takes to put an SC in a Max.

Congrats.

ok.........this sucks. The reason i had enough money to get this supercharger in the first place is cause i was refinancing my house. My payment was dropping considerably, so i had the extra money. The problem lies with the mortgage company. I can't use the extra funds until we close. So, last week when i was ordering all the parts, I had to call stillen back and tell them its going to be at least a month before I can do all of this. THEN!............

I got bit by the racing bug! My buddy sold me his race prepped 97 formula firebird. I will now UNFORTUNATELY be SELLING my max. I need to buy a tow vehicle for the firebird. I got the car for a steal, and i've been wanting to race for a long time. SCCA regionals....here I come. I am picking up my new Toyota Tundra V8 nexst week. Not a max. but its what i have to do. So, in retrospect I enjoyed all the time I have spent on the .org. YOU ALL ROCK!

EVEN THE LURKERS!

cya for now
