That a-hole parts counter guy @ local Nissan dealer can't find it on his computer. 
This is a $15 part so it makes no sense to buy online.
It is a trim finisher piece that snaps on the center vents assembly, and goes all the way down around double-DIN opening (headunit in the center). Some cars came from the factory with a shorter piece that just covers the vents, but on my 2000 GXE it is goes all the way to AC controls..thanks

Yes, I just did, thanks, but its not on there. I was only able to see the "center vent assembly for GXE", but that assembly includes removable finisher...I dont know if thats there's a separate part# for that, or it comes as one piece. I just need the finisher that snaps right on.
