Spray generously. It smells like cinammon once I start with the bar. If you have enough of the spray on there, it should be almost no effort at all.

spray alot!! spray on the bar as well, cus if it's not wet enough u might scratch the car with the bar...and rub the bar slowly, but wiht good force on it in circular motion...if u rub too hard u can damage the coat i believe...but the bar does wonders, so no need to rub hard

You should try out Clay Magic. This stuff is awesome. I did my 95 Max about 2 weeks ago for the first time. It worked great. It's soft and easy to shape. Accept no substitutes, I can't imagine any other brand that can be better.

yeah, the mothers bar is about 2/3 the size of the clay magic...just makes it a little easier to use. seemed to work ok on my car. i only really used it to remove the stuff that collected on the lower door panels after being sprayed up by the tires. does not crumble like the turtle wax bar supposedly does.

i know our local pep boyz has the mother's bar. However, i have found Pep boys to be slightly over-priced. If you have any other local auto retailers in your area, definately check them out. Try out AutoZone or Advance Auto. I know our local AutoZone had the ClayMagic for 10 bucks, local Pep Boyz had the mother's for 17, and Advance Auto had the mothers for 13.
