Ok..I just bought some 18x8 rims. So here are my options for tires...I can get a kumho 245\40\18 Z rated for $140 each and has a tread wear of 280 OR get Avon's which just started making car radials in 245\40\18 Z rated for $125 each which has a tread wear of 240, they have been making really good motorcycle tires for years.. If anyone knows good info on tires please let me know. Thanks..

 

I have Avon tires on my Z rims and I like them better then the Kumho's I had before but I would rather have Dunlop SP9000's that I had on my modas

 

what about the tread wear difference 240-avon to 280-kumho is that a big difference or should I not worry? Thanks

 

It really depends on your driving and I think its not much of a differance for the extra $$
