parts for 5speed conversion

i have researched, and thought long and hard. i will have enough money to do the 5-speed conversion before the end of the year. In the mean time i am looking to acquire all the necessary parts for the conversion. I have HLH050's directions, but what i need help with is where to obtain these parts.

i have had the pleasure of dropping 280 for a rear light in my infiniti. (should be infinit $$, because you need it to fix stuff on this beast. what parts should i look for from junk yard, and which new?? i figured while i was doing this with a skilled tranny guy, why not go with an upgraded clutch, or lightened flywheel.

all of your responses would be helpful, i need more than just good luck

I've found this sight very helpful for used parts. I'm sure someone whose done the swap will chime in with more help.
