acura 3.2 TL vs. 97 Max (auto)
acura 3.2 TL vs. 97 Max (auto)
Alright so my mom has an Acura 3.2 TL and I have a 97 auto with intake, catback, and a y - pipe. Ive always wanted to race her but I never really cared enough to actually go out and do it. Anyway a couple nights ago we were going home and I got her to race me. I dropped it to 1st and power braked at about 1.5k. We took off and I had her off the line and then just left her easy. I thought it would be closer than that. 225hp vtec engine. I dont know but I was happy. Her stock 0-60 is 7.1.

I half way raced my girlfriends father in her mom's 2003 3.2 TL Auto. I have a homeade hybrid intake (not like my sig). It was even, though i might have had the advantage, my girlfriend told me to slow down at 50 and we were on a 60 MPH road

LOL.. yeah I guess my mom is pretty tight... maybe if she had launched with power braking it she would have done better. All I know is that I saw her in the rear view mirror. stock to stock i think she would prob barely take me. Xtras definitely helped out. The real test will be when I race my friends 2001 Acura 3.2 CL. he has an AEM intake... what do yall think will happen?? I predict a very close race!
I am trying to get my gf to race me in her '92 525i (M5* full-conversion)
My 95 SE 5spd is stock for now but i have some mods starting to come in, and plenty more on the way! I will keep yall posted. I drive her car alot and for a '92 auto sedan, it is extremely fast.
* M5 conversion - ECU upgrade, upgraded intake, exhaust, suspension, wheels, THE WORKS.
