Bought an 85 Maxima, previous three owners known to me, have been trying to buy this car for several years. Nobody knows the code for the touchpad under the door handles. Please help.

 

Only the person who programed the code will really know. You can reprogram the key pad with your own personal code. The main code is located in the trunk, up by the speakers. You can use that code to access the security system, and reset the keyless entry to the code of your choice. I can't remember the step by step instructions. If the car had an owners manual, it does describe the process.
