Personally I like the clean look so I went with silver. My car is Sterling Mist and the calipers just look great, nice and clean.

If you want them to stand out more, but not be to flashy, try black. A black caliper against your shiny rotor and silver wheel will probably look great on your color car.

Just my .02!

well I have to agree with you guys, thats why I did them in silver....i only started questioning it because there is this kid with a 98 black Infinity I30 with 18" Mille Miglia Avia II rims near me and his calipers are red, and it looks really good....so i was just wondering

Cleans up the hub nicely don't they? There awsome brakes, if you can, save a few bucks and get them from Stillen or Phuong. Well worth it in both performance and looks.

Well on a black car you can really make them whatever color you want. But on Concord Mist I think silver would look the best... but like Tom said if you want black will also be very slick. I think red would be a little too much unless you have a complete red scheme on the exterior of your car.

Very nice. Any reason you went with drilled over slotted?

I would not do yellow!! I have grown to hate my yellow calipers. The dirt shows so eazy and the color is just plain ugly.
I will redoing them silver or black as soon as I find the time.

Voltman - I went with X-drilled because I wanted a cooler running rotor. My research turned up the following on rotors:

Slotted = Maintains the rotors integrity, keeps the pads clean and lets gasses escape. Most auto-x-ers use these because they hold up better under exream conditions. (x-drilled are known to crack under extream conditions(

X-drilled = Better brakes for everyday driving. Less chance of warpage due to enhanced cooling ability. They also keep the pads clean and let gasses escape. But the rotors integrity is weakend slightly due to the x-drilling. (Not good for Auto-cross or extream uses.

I'm a daily driver who wanted better brakes and the hot look they have as well. What type of rotors do Porches anbd other high end cars come with? X-drilled usually. So my decision was made.

What I can tell you is these brakes rock! They are a big improvement over stock, they look awsome and so far, very smooth. Nobody on here has had warping issues with the Stillen x-drilled rotors.

My lugs are the same a Cyrus, they need that special key to get them out.
