tech. comparison between a maxima and a GMC CYCLONE

hmm.... how do I say this without making it look like a stret race...

ok I give up...

this has to be about the best race I have had on the street...

race one was on the highway from about 70-120... it was a very even race with me possibly pulling on him just a little... but it was hard to tell beacuse of all the traffic around us...

race two was on a commercial highway. from about 35-110... he got the jump on me a pulled about one car... I proceed to get to his rear wheel before we shut it down...

this guy lives up the street from me so it just so happened we were both coming home at the same time...

a lot of fun... and I'm glad I didn't have to race him off the line

You are lucky, he woulda KILLED you off the line. That AWD Turbo is wicked. He's lucky if he'd even chirp the tires off the line! Any ways, good kill!

Not to mention if he decides to mod that thing it will be a 10 second street truck with no problems.

I have seen these things run at the track on Friday nights and it is insane. They boost up real hard and then, poof gone.

I would like to have one to be honest.

I was reading the title of this thread and was like WTF, now I get it... trying to dodge the lockdown hehe. Sweet race, don't see too many of them around (Syclones and Typhoons). He's stock I assume? They run 13s stock (sick AWD launches) but also top out at only 126mph (I think thats because of a governor though)

I've seen a Typhoon at the track and he ran an unimpressive, 14.6s. Are the Syclones faster than the Typhoon's since they should have less weight?
