to make this Maxima related...I drove my Maxima to the dealer and bought the gasket for the tranny pan....and I also asked them if they have a 350z in stock. The service guy hesitated a bit and told me that they hid one in one of their garage...glad that I have my digi cam with me so...

the owner went on vacation and paid the car off. he asked the dealer to hold the car for him. Since it's now his car, dealer cant bring it out to the showroom. that's why they hid it in the garage.

I was reading some tests they made on the 350Z in SCC, it dyno'd stock 244hp to the wheels.

The funny part was they put an exhaust on it and it lost 3hp on the dyno, then they said something like that they find Nissans exhaust very efficient and free flowing.

I did think it was very interesting that they picked up like 4hp on the dyno by running 100 octane fuel instead of the 91 they were running stock.
