Ground Control Springz 3 in. drop......
No NO
its an adjustible spring set- the MAx is a 3 inch drop, but even witht that, the fenders are no where near touching u still have room to turn and other things like that. if i am wrong someone post ans lemme kno..
Well, cattman's go to a max of about a 4" drop, i would assume that GC can do about the same. Personally, I have mine set at about a 2.25" drop and I think it's perfect (I have 50 series tires on stock wheels, so a bit extra gap to get rid of). Anything lower would affect driveability and start to look silly in my opinion...
As for ride, the GC's should be about like any other car with eibach's, and it's going to depend on the struts you use with them too. One thing to keep in mind is that coilovers have more metal to metal contact, especially if you use camber plates, so it tends to make vibrations more felt and make a bit more noise.
Yup. I have GCs and I am down 3". No rubbing, ride is still very acceptable. If no one believes me, ask Kaleb in Dallas or Matt93GXE. They both said my car rode awesome, especially with the 3" drop. After a while, though, stock struts go bad and it gets a little bouncy. Also, on stock struts, if you go 3" down, you hit the bump stops when you don't slow down for big bumps and potholes. Best thing about coilovers, they take 15-20min to adjust, and if it snows, you don't have to be a snowplow!
