for those who blacked out chrome trims and door handles
i got about as much info out the search function that i could. i bought the trim blackout tape at autozone and all black looks sooooo much better. i was just curious for those that have done it did you do the whole trim or just the chrome part? my other question is about gettin rid of my chrome door handles. i tried the vinyl idea, it looks ok, but my car is silvermist and it doesnt match right. to anyone that painted them how did you do it and how do you like the way it turned out. thanks

Well, if you have the other chrome trim all blacked out.. i think you'd wanna keep the door handles black because then it'll match. If not, I think the best way is to find a junkyard w/ SE/GXE max and swap em like Jeff said.
