I was just talking to our friend Dave Burnette at Southpoint about a number of things and we were chatting about the AE pedals. He let me know that he is setting up kits to make ordering easier (i.e., you don't have to order each pedal individually.)

Automatics (gas, brake) - $45 (shipping INCLUDED)
Manuals (gas, brake, clutch) - $60 (shipping INCLUDED)

He didn't say, but I would assume as with everything else he has sold, it will be slightly higher for Texas shipped addresses as sales tax would apply.

Now that we are on the topic. I did do a search on 'pedal' and 'gas pedal' and maybe I did it wrong, but I couldn't find any info, and I need some help on how to remove the gas pedal on a 2000. I have had my new AE pedal for 3 weeks now and can't do anything with it because as hard as I have tried, it just won't come off. Any trick that you guys know of would be greatly appreicated.

And thanks to Dave Burnette for more great customer service.

I believe BlackMax2000, or somebody like that, has already installed the brake pedal....

Umm- maybe that's me - I installed the brake pedal and it was no problem because it slips right onto the actual metal part of the pedal. It's easy. The gas pedal is actually a direct replacement for the current pedal and I can't get the current one off.

As far as pictures. I can take pictures after Christmas when I get my digital camera . Until then, there are some pics out there of AE Maxima's that show the pedals.

Hey guys- I just got a digital camera too, as soon as I figure the software out, I'll try to post some pics of the pedals. I just need some spare time to fiddle with the thing! Regards, David Burnette, South Point Nissan
