I pick C. 550cc injectors, 99 to 95 adapter harness and ECU with turbo program with 4 bar .

who needs a harness when you got a 97

That is cool. For a minute I thought they were FMU's. Good luck on the setup. Like they say in hollywood break a rod err leg .

doesn't it change FP according to boost?? ie- 8:1 disk would equal 8psi of fuel raised for evey 1psi of boost ...someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Which ever regulator you go with be sure you have enough fuel pump and adequate line size to supply your engine with fuel at max boost.

i am currently running Walbaro 255 lph Fuel pump..

Brett.. so you suggest both?

That's PITA. But for a hair dryer setup, once you get the ratio correct. You don't really have to mess with it.
